Every company is created twice.
First in the founder. Then in the business.
Every company reflects the internal structure of its founder: the beliefs, the protections, the tension and the state decisions are made from. That is the first creation, and it is invisible on any dashboard. The second creation is everything you can measure. Profit, pipeline, hiring, product, delivery.
Most consultancy works only on the second creation, adding more strategy on top of the same foundation. We work on both. Change the structure a founder creates from, and different decisions, behaviours and results become possible.
Above is the invisible structure. Below is the visible one. The body sits between them: it is where the invisible becomes perceptible, before it becomes visible in the business.
